A seafood cocktail is the perfect choice for dishes that remind you of exotic holidays. For diversity and ease of preparation, the pack has an equal proportionate mixture of mussels, shrimps, squid rings and tentacles. Edenia Seafood can easily be cooked in a pan, fried in oil, or boiled in a pot.

Edenia frozen fish and seafood have the lowest level of glazing (0-10%) to protect them from cold burns.

All products in this range are individually frozen (IQF – Individually Quick Frozen). Each piece is quickly frozen at -35 degrees Celsius, thus keeping its freshness, appearance and shape.

PAN 8-10 MIN.
Put the defrosted Edenia Seafood Cocktail in a pan with hot oil and fry them at medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
POT 6-8 MIN.
In a pot of boiling water, add the defrosted Edenia Seafood Cocktail and let them boil over medium heat for 6-8 minutes.

After thawing, keep in the refrigerator for up to 24h.
