Species: Mytilus chilensis

Caught in their natural habitat, the Pacific Ocean, where they freely grow and develop on the ocean’s rocky bottom, their meat has a slightly salted ocean taste and it’s low in calories and rich in protein.

After capture, the mussels are marinated in Provencale sauce with garlic and spices.

Edenia mussels can easily be added to pasta or rice, being one of the simplest methods to prepare seafood.

All products in this range are individually frozen (IQF – Individually Quick Frozen). Each piece is quickly frozen at -35 degrees, thus keeping its freshness, appearance and shape.

PAN 6-8 MIN.
Put the defrosted Edenia Mussels Provencale in a pan with hot oil and fry them at medium heat for 6-8 minutes.
POT 6 MIN.
In a pot of boiling water, add the defrosted Edenia Mussels Provencale and let them boil over medium heat for 6minutes.

After thawing, keep in the refrigerator for up to 24h.
