Caught in their natural habitat, the Pacific Ocean, where they freely grow and develop on the ocean’s rocky bottom, their meat has a slightly salted ocean taste and it’s low in calories and rich in protein.
After capture, the mussels are marinated in Provencale sauce with garlic and spices.
Edenia mussels can easily be added to pasta or rice, being one of the simplest methods to prepare seafood.
