Argentine shrimps, also known as red shrimps, are a species of wild caught shrimps growing in the cold and deep waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

Edenia shrimps are big and their meat is sweet with a Lobster-like flavor and texture.

All products in this range are individually frozen (IQF – Individually Quick Frozen). Each piece is quickly frozen at -35 degrees Celsius, thus keeping its freshness, appearance and shape.

Put the defrosted Edenia Argentine Red Shrimps in a pan with hot oil and fry them at medium heat for 8 minutes.
In a pot of boiling water, add the defrosted Edenia Argentine Red Shrimps and let them boil over medium heat for 5 minutes.

After thawing, keep in the refrigerator for up to 24h.
