Edenia breaded squid rings are prepared with the species of squid Illex Argentinus, a squid caught in the southwest Atlantic Ocean. This species is highly appreciated in South America, especially in Argentina and Brazil, for its special taste, being used in various dishes in luxury restaurants.

Edenia breaded squid rings do not contain GMO.

Put the frozen squid rings in a tray  with baking paper on it and place the tray in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 15-20 minutes or until the squid rings have a golden-brown color.

Put Edenia frozen squid rings in a pan with hot oil and fry them at medium heat for 2-3 minutes, until they have a golden-brown color.
