Moussaka Edenia is prepared according to the original traditional Greek recipe.

The sliced potatoes and eggplant are sautéd in olive oil and placed in layers. Then they are covered with minced beef and a creamy layer of Bechamel sauce. Finally, the moussaka is covered with a layer of Kefalotyri cheese, a type of Greek parmesan, that has been manufactured for hundreds of years in the Greek islands and Cyprus.
