6-8 MIN.
In a pot of boiling water add Edenia frozen chopped spinach and leave it on medium heat for 6-8 minutes after the water starts boiling again.

5-7 MIN.
In a heated pan, add Edenia frozen chopped spinach and stir regularly over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

6-8 MIN.
Take Edenia frozen chopped spinach out of the bag and place it in a heat-resistant dish with lid, put 2-3 tablespoons of water and then insert it in the microwave at 850 W. Heat up for 3-4 minutes, turn off the microwave to stir and then heat up again for 3-4 minutes. After removing the dish from microwave oven, wait 1 minute before removing the lid. Stir before serving.
