Put the defrosted Edenia Makerel fillets in an oven tray, drizzle them with oil and season them according to the recipe. Then put the tray in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
6-8 MIN.
Put the defrosted Edenia Makerel fillets in a heated pan and let them cook for about 3-4 minutes each side.
