Place Edenia frozen fish fingers in a tray  with baking paper on it and place the tray in the preheated oven at 200 °C, for 17 minutes, or until the fish fingers have a golden-brown color.

8 MIN.
Place Edenia frozen fish fingers in a frying pan with hot oil and fry them at medium heat for about 8 minutes, until they get a gold-brown color.
