Edenia frozen fish is a 100% natural product (it does not contain phosphates, additives or other chemicals).

It has the lowest level of glazing (0-10%) which protects the fish fillets from cold burns.

All the products in Edenia fish range are individually quick frozen (IQF). Each piece of fish fillet is quick frozen, at -35 degrees, thus retaining the freshness, aspect and form of the fish.

The fish species in Edenia range are carefully selected among the top selling species at international level.

Tip: to have a fish taste and authenticity guarantee, always check the species Latin name and the glazing level, which are mandatorily mentioned on the package.
