Completely defrost Edenia Filo pastry at room temperature and prepare the filling (e.g. sweet or salty cheese, apple, meat, berries, mushrooms, potato, etc.). Carefully separate the sheets and remove the plastic wrap. Lay them on a even surface and cover them with a clean wet towel, to keep their moisture until filling. Smear the sheets one by one with oil, margarine or butter and add the filling. Bake the pie in preheated oven at 180 °C until crisp. Do not cook in the microwave!
